I have been a pioneer in the Spirit in Business movement for over twenty years. In my years in Corporate America I daily took spirituality into the workplace - and many people recognized and appreciated that. For five years I wrote a weekly business column for a North Carolina newspaper that dealt with Spirit in Business and I published articles elsewhere on this topic. I have long felt a passion for recognizing the need for more Spirit in business, and creating innovative ways to make its presence felt there.

Over the years I have blended traditional processes, tools, techniques with alternative, wholistic, energetic new ways of guiding people, teams, and organizations. Real Life Cases of people taking Spirit into Business

  • Took Law of Attraction into a manufacturing corporation to support the founder’s widow and employees to finish the grieving process and consciously close the business.
  • Used Open Space Technology (a Spirit-based large group facilitation technique) for a budgeting strategies meeting held by a large county management team in order to determine how to provide more services to citizens using a smaller budget than the previous year.
  • Facilitated two unrelated non-profit organizations to come together and co-create a strategic project requiring outside grant money and support. In a strategic planning retreat we utilized Open Space Technology, Whole Person Processes, and the Medicine Wheel concept to support their visioning and planning.
  • Facilitated a retreat at a large U.S. Army Garrison in the US to support a seasoned veteran of the base and his tight-knit team through the emotional upheaval created by his forced retirement. We used many Spirit-based tools in the process.
