Refund/Exchange Policy


If you attend the first session of a teleclass and are not satisfied, you may receive a refund, less a $150 administration fee, provided you notify us within 5 days after the date of the first session.

If you are unable to attend the teleclass for which you registered, you may apply the amount you paid towards the next scheduled teleclass. Or you may transfer your registration to another person, provided you advise us of the name of the person who will attend in your place at least 5 days prior to the first session of the next scheduled teleclass.


Downloadable Products

There are no refunds on downloadable products.


All Other Products

If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within 15 days of your initial purchase.
