Getting Together PROCESS for INDIVIDUALS
The Ariela
Group process for doing business with individuals includes the multiple
steps listed below:
Step 1

You contact us directly by e-mail and provide the information we request below. We follow-up by e-mail or telephone.

Step 2

We facilitate a needs assessment through simple information interviews with you
- Initial conversation concerning your desires and perceived needs
- First meeting with you to discuss and diagnose your needs and how we can best serve you (in person or by telephone)

Step 3
|
Discussion with you of a plan to best meet your needs which includes:
- Suggestion and identification of what service(s) will be best for you
- Packaging of our services for your convenience and benefit
- Type of services offered to you (coaching, counseling, mentoring)
- Focus on your personal vision, mission, goals, issues, outcomes

Specific tools used for each specified service (see Services for Individuals)

Depth of each contact with you (length of each session)

Length of service package tailored for you (number of sessions)
- Discussion of pricing elements for each contract or program (see Pricing for Individuals section)
- Discussion of scheduling considerations and specific dates which fit you best
- Agreement with you about proposed parameters

Step 4

Contract and Implementation of your program of services
- Signing of mutually negotiated Contract Agreement
- Payment schedule
- Implementation schedule
- Logistics finalizations (location, use of technology, etc.)
- Implementation of your program
- Periodic “up-date” communications with you to ensure success for you
