How Our Conscious Organizational Development Services Work
We offer a variety of services that support organizations wholistically. Our focus is on inspiring individuals within organizations to consciously evolve as they discover the best ways to transform themselves, their organizational culture, processes, procedures, relationships with teammates, customers and suppliers, and as a result, to improve the bottom line.
Management Consulting, Mentoring, Coaching, Facilitating
For almost twenty years The Ariela Group has performed the “typical” tasks of a Management Consulting firm, plus we have gone several steps further to diagnose and support the health, balance, consciousness of the organization and its people. We have performed all services using wholistic, new paradigm, leading edge, innovative and “different” techniques, and have guided clients to independence rather than consultant-dependence by designing and providing tools and techniques for them to use internally on their own.

“Out-sourced Director of Training and Development”
For over ten years we have served a number of organizations as the “out-sourced” provider of Training and Development services. Six manufacturers plus a large city chamber of commerce have had us on retainers for up to six years, representing 50 to 2000 employees each, world-wide. The roles we have performed are all of those normally provided by an in-house Director of Training and Development, except as an outside resource there is no extra headcount taken up nor are benefits paid, and the work is performed when it is needed. Some services include:
- Perform needs assessments for all training and development through-out the organization, world-wide
- Develop and implement new employee orientation and other training programs, then hand off to HR department for in-house application
- Train internal trainers, teams to implement programs we co-create
- Provide employee coaching, counseling, training, development, mentoring
- Design specialized programs and hire outside trainers when needed
- Support, guide, mentor cultures through mergers, acquisitions, location moves, restructuring, implementation of organization-wide product team environment, culture shifts
- Design, coordinate, implement world-wide leadership development, environmental regulation, sales and marketing training programs for multi-national corporation
- Support ISO-9002 certification and customer quality requirements
- Facilitate top management and Board of Directors strategic planning meetings
- Facilitate manufacturing teams to de-bug and solve equipment and production problems

Genuine Contact™ Program
We are certified to offer the Genuine Contact™ program, which includes public and in-house seminars that train internal organizational staff to utilize specific tools and processes which support the creation and maintenance of a conscious Open Space Organization.

We offer consulting, training, facilitation services at the client's business location or other place of choice. We perform our program design work out of our own offices located in the US and Canada, and offer some consulting by phone and e-mail.
