Conscious Alignment Model™:
Doing Business from the Inside Out

In designing the Aligned Management™ Programs we kept going deeper and deeper into the purpose and source of what needed to be aligned and then managed. As we peeled off each layer a new level was displayed. The deeper we went the more consciously we had to focus on the aspects of the new level. With new levels came the required need to align and resonate in order to function with clarity, passion, creativity, efficiency, natural flow.

Thus was born the Conscious Alignment Model™, a graphic and applicable model depicting the flow through stages from in-spirit-ation through the evolution of the “whole” person, connection and resonance with others, co-creation around a shared purpose, linking with like-minded groups, and finally, creating a global network of cooperative Conscious Aligned Organizations, Communities, Nation-States.

The “heart” of the Conscious Alignment Model™ is Spirit in action. Surrounded by the abundance of the Universe the spark of Light shines bright and is surrounded by gratitude and ritual and celebration. Spirit spawns life and the Conscious Whole Individual emerges. Driven by Mission and Vision, Passion and Creativity, the Conscious Whole Individual then connects with others to work beyond competition to create cooperation and a resonant field. Utilizing the “Commitments to Resonance and Wholeness”, the Individuals co-create together using the Resonating Core concept. The circles move outward as one core group consciously aligns with another and yet another. Finally the matrix extends globally and beyond, the glue that binds is the resonant frequency of producing together in a conscious, harmonious, aligned, cooperative, co-creative manner. When the energetics of this model connect globally, then the real planetary shift will occur.

This is but one model focused on achieving a universal cause. There are many tools and models which all can lead to wholeness, consciousness, alignment with Spirit, Self, self, other individuals, core team, other cores, and finally the global family itself.

I have been using a form of this model in corporate America for almost twenty years. It introduces a deeper sense of team commitment and focus on personal health, balance, consciousness than other models with which I have worked because it touches the core of the individual and then brings that authentic essence into consciousness to meet and blend with other individuals on that same level. Deeper communication, team bonding, cooperation, commitment, and productivity are the rewards for organizations formed and supported by individuals living this model.
