Dr. Anne Merkel is a coach, guide, leader, change facilitator, writer, who has served individuals, projects, teams, and organizational clients from over seventy (70) countries and twenty-three (23) states across all industries. She provides her Corporate Alchemy™ in the role of personal success and executive coach, keynote speaker, and team and meeting facilitator. She enjoys guiding change and inspiring consciousness as she facilitates transformation of individual and organizational clients world-wide.

With success in personal transformation, project creation and enhancement, leadership development, vision planning, community building, and organizational development & transformation, Anne coaches clients to move beyond their old parameters to apply and model “new paradigm” attitudes and behaviors in their visions for projects and in the way they work with and lead others.

Anne Merkel has served as CEO, Managing Director, and Director of Training and Development for several manufacturing and service organizations. As a coach she has inspired new approaches to leadership, team-building, vision planning, creative problem-solving, re-organization, quality, project development. She guides and facilitates individual and organizational clients to claim and apply their passion and creativity.

Anne is author of FLOWING FORWARD: A Guide to Transforming Your Life From the Inside – Out (featured in the Resources section of this website). She collaborated with master coach Sharon Wilson to publish The Advanced Spiritual Business Building Program Guidebook and is currently collaborating with Sharon Wilson and Terri Levine on two coach training manuals to be published in early 2006. She writes for Conscious Living ezine, De-TOX News, and authored her weekly column “BUSINESS BASICS” for the Enquirer Journal newspaper for five years. Anne authored “The Outsourced Director of Training and Development” chapter in the ASTD text Managing the Small Training Staff, edited How to Build Parents’ and Children’s Self Esteem by Karen Scheikowitz, and has published numerous other articles, reports, e-books, in addition to helping others to birth their own written products.
